    Collection of Personal Data

    Zandla may collect following personal data:

    • Details about user’s employer (name, address, phone number, ID and VAT ID)

    • Authentication information such as Zandla username and password, and if any third party service (e.g. Facebook) is used to sign in, the user ID of that service.

    • IP address

    • Information relating to the customer relationship such as bought services, their start and end times and information on their use

    • Billing information

    Vendors of Zandla can operate their own store using the Zandla service. Collection and processing of personal data on each such marketplace is subject to the Privacy Policies of the respective marketplace along with any applicable laws, rules and regulations. Zandla is not liable for the collection and processing of personal data on such marketplaces.

    Purposes for Which the Personal Data is collected

    The personal data is collected for the purposes of making available the Zandla and related services and for managing and administering Zandla’s customer relationships. In addition, if you are a registered user of a Zandla marketplace and have supplied your email address, Zandla may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Zandla and our products. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

    Aggregated Statistics

    Zandla may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. For instance, Zandla may monitor the most popular store on the Zandla site or screen the marketplace to help identify spam. Zandla may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Zandla does not disclose personal data other than as described below.

    Disclosures of Personally Data

    Zandla discloses personal data only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need that data in order to process it on Zandla’s behalf or to provide services available at Zandla. Zandla may disclose your personal data to its subcontractors or other such parties outside the law who assist Zandla in providing the Zandla service. Such disclosure are made in accordance with the applicable South African laws, rules and regulations.

    Zandla will not rent or sell personal data to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Zandla discloses personal data only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Zandla believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Zandla, third parties or the public at large.

Zandla uses cookies to help Zandla identify and track visitors, their usage of Zandka website, and their website access preferences.     If Zandla, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Zandla goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Zandla may continue to use your personal data as set forth in this policy.

    Zandla takes all technical and organisational measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personal data. Access to personal data is limited only to those employees of Zandla and its subcontractors who need to know the data in order to perform their work obligations. Each person who has access to the personal data has a personal username and password.

    Although most changes are likely to be minor, Zandla may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Zandla’s sole discretion. Zandla encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
